Legacy Goods™ orders are processed with care and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

Most ready-to-shop items are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Legacy Goods is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Local Pickup or Delivery

When available, local pickup or delivery options may be offered for select products, pop-up events, or custom orders. If this applies to your order, details will be provided at checkout or through direct communication.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many Legacy Goods items are printed, giftable, or made in limited quantities, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect address entered at checkout
  • delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier
  • custom or personalized items
  • bulk, event, or corporate gifting orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the best next step, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another resolution.

Custom Collections & Corporate Gifting Orders

Custom collections, corporate gifting, event gifting, and bulk orders are handled separately from standard shop orders. These orders may require custom timelines, deposits, approvals, and final sale terms.

Details will be confirmed during the inquiry and ordering process.
